The Japan Team consisted of Ariella Goldsmith, Dani Kaufman, Kobey Rogers, and myself. We decided to name our tea company atOne.
After conducting initial background research we determined that it would be profitable for atOne to expand into Japan. Our team identified key components of the Japanese culture that would be important to note during the expansion period (such as the culture’s heavy emphasis on community) as well as identifying how the people of that area interact on the web. A comprehensive marketing plan resulted that is featured in the report and it covers key points that we think atOne needs to do to be successful in Japan.
